Changes are still happening at Rite Aid.  Starting this week, they are going to limit the UP rewards to one per customer per week.  Previously, we could purchase multiple items and get multiple UP rewards. Some items were printing multiple UP rewards in one transaction, and some were not.

I wanted to mention something else about Rite Aid....their rebate program is great.  You don't have to mail anytihng in.  All you have to do is enter your receipts at riteaid.com after you have created an account on their Single Check Rebate program - which is not difficult at all.  At the end of the month, submit for your rebate (not before, it is a SINGLE check rebate) and they will mail you a check or giftcard (according to the rebate) Alot of times, there are rebates that you aren't even aware of - enter ALL of your receipts.  For example, there is a rebate going on now.....details: (from riteaid.com)

$3/1 Visine printable, Link: Visine
$1.01 MONEYMAKER (make sure you have a filler for the difference AND give them the printable coupon first, then the in-ad coupon)
The numbers don't match up for the $3.99 Visine AND the printable above - Dawn at Caring with Coupons (caringwithcoupons.com) has this scenario on her blog:
Visine Eye Drops .5 oz. $3.99

$1/1 Visine product coupon from the 6/13 Red Plum AND
$2/1 Visine Eye Drops, .5oz Walgreens Aug. Coupon Booklet AND
$2.00 off in-ad coupon (found in Aug. 1 Walgreens Sales Flyer)
Final Price: $0.99 to Free

*Now, this deal is a bit tricky. If you use all (3) coupons, you will go below zero. My Walgreens won’t allow this but there are stores that do allow it. If you shop at a store that allows you overage, then you will have yourself a $1.01 money maker. If not, then go with the $2/1 Walgreens Coupon Booklet and the $2.00 off in-ad coupon making the final total zero. You won’t need a filler on this deal. However, if your store allows you to use all (3) coupons, you will need (1) filler.

A quick note about some changes in Rite Aid's Video Values.  In the past, you were able to print out multiple Vide Values Coupons and use multiple in one transaction. Times they are a changin'.  Beginning with July's Video Value Coupons, you are only allowed to use one like coupon per transaction.  For example, I was in Rite Aid earlier this week and picked up two packs of the small Hershey bar packs that were on sale BOGO ($1.99 for two packs) and tried to use 2 $1.00 Video Value coupons for the Hershey candy. The first coupon scanned and the second coupon beeped.  There was an error on the register "one coupon per transaction".  I asked her to void one bag of the candy, but, since the drug stores BOGO sales do not ring up half price, the price was the same.  I left with nothing - who pays for candy these days???? Maybe us if this keeps up!!! It is unclear if you can use more than one of the same video values during the month (with separate transactions).  Since I have not been couponing much due to being out of town (I KNOW - say it isn't so!!!), I have not confirmed this yet.
