This would be a great week to stock up on some of the necessities for the holiday meals at home.  We are so busy this time of year making sure that all of the presents are purchased and wrapped, that we sometimes forget that we need food AT HOME.  I can remember in years past, getting home on Christmas Eve night from visiting family from out of town and realizing that I don't have  a "plan" for Christmas Lunch/Dinner.  I always managed to pull it off, but this year, a spiral sliced ham will be waiting for me to plate it up - nice and simple and EASY!!!  There are also some great muffin/coffee cake mix on sale that would really come in handy for Christmas breakfast....once again, EASY!!!
